GUILLERMO IS THE G.O.A.T.!! Truly. He'll get you the best rate he can but rates aside I'd literally pay more to work with him (even though I didn't have to). He is so on top of it, so transparent, so informative. As first time home buyers we knew nothing and he really took the time to walk us through the process, information, explain, answer questions, etc. He's amazing. He was literally on vacation in south east asia when I first reached out and was working trying to get us information. He goes above and beyond and is truly a gem. We loved working with Guillermo and can not recommend he and his team (thanks Kathryn!) highly enough!!
